I’m in my sixth year as a site supervisor. I’d like to share modern ICT culture with my fellow site supervisors and others, and work together to come up with new ways of doing things. Since I’m often out in the field, I pay close attention to skincare and beauty routines. Because I have fair skin and a large build, people sometimes tell me I look like a polar bear, so I go by the nickname “Polar Bear Supervisor.”
